Featuring a range of holds from 24mm down to 6mm, the Motion Hangboard provides the versatility for any level of climber, and in the rare occurrence you're missing the hold you need, the Problemsolver Motion Hangboard can be paired with the Problemsolver inserts, to give an even wider range of hold options.

**Features Include**

- The board comes with a strap and metal plate for easy mounting and height adjustment.

- Shifts effortlessly between the bigger and smaller holds, just by turning the board upside down.

- The strap mounted with the metal plate will make the board tilt inwards, making the holds more inclined.

- Mounting the board without the plate will give you a more neutral angle on the board, enabling you to use the 10 mm and 6 mm holds at their best.

- The neutral hang mount is the preferred way when used on a pull-up bar, the board can then be locked tight against the bar with almost zero wiggling. If you’re looking for a more traditional way to hang the board, you can do so by going O.G. and use the accessory cord.
